You will find it easy to join the “family” at MGA.  Our environment is friendly, open and intended to encourage collaboration.

Our intent is to provide well designed, functional and affordable buildings for our clients.  We have found that an open approach, where all team members have input, works better for the client, the building design, and results in a more productive staff.

The wide range of projects we work on means that every person here has the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of our projects.  Even those right out of school will be challenged immediately. Everyone works as a team to help each other, those with more experience are always available to advise and assist.

Along with the principal-in-charge, the project architect will be involved in space programming, field measurement, documentation, design presentation, construction documents, shop drawing approvals and field visits. Whenever possible, we include the project team in client meetings and site visits during construction.

We are strong supporters of the NCARB IDP program and reimburse registration fees and costs of successfully completed architectural, interior design and LEED exams. We provide paid time-off for exams and also offer study materials and to help employees prepare.
